Acceptance of terms
By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.
Products and pricing
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately and to display prices correctly. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch and to withdraw products from sale at any time.
Orders and payment
An order forms a binding contract only once we have accepted it and confirmed dispatch. Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment provider. If payment cannot be taken we may cancel the order without further notice.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are indicative and not guaranteed. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service team.
Returns and refunds
Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Full details are available on our returns information page.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the products in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
